Terms of Service
THE SHORT VERSION
- A research tool, not advice. The scanner shows what fixed rule sets are doing on a live price feed. It does not tell you what to do with your money and it never places an order.
- You decide, you carry the risk. Trading leveraged products can lose more than you deposit. Nothing here changes that.
- Past results are not future results. Recorded or backtested, they are history.
- Two ways to pay: a subscription, or free access while you hold an account with a partner broker that pays us a share of its own fee.
- One login per person. Sharing it, scraping the feed or reselling the signals ends the access.
SECTION 1What the service is
Kasandra on Steroids ("the service", "we", "us") is a web application that runs a number of fixed, rule-based trading models ("engines") on a live broker price feed and displays their output: chart levels, states, entries, stops, targets, alerts, a trade book and a track record. The engines are proprietary. The service is provided by Kasandra ("the operator"). By opening an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
The service is made available at steroids.kasandra.app (public information and sign-up) and zones.kasandra.app (the scanner, members only).
SECTION 2What it is not
The service is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, not portfolio management and not a brokerage. We do not hold your money, we do not have access to your trading account, and we do not place, modify or close orders for you. Every trade you make is your own decision, made at your own broker, at your own risk.
Nothing on the service takes your personal situation into account. If you are unsure whether trading leveraged products is suitable for you, take advice from a licensed professional before you trade.
The operator is not a licensed investment adviser or broker in any jurisdiction and does not claim to be.
SECTION 3Risk
Risk warning
Contracts for difference, spot metals, index CFDs and cryptocurrency CFDs are leveraged products. They carry a high level of risk and can result in losses that exceed your deposit. Prices can move quickly, markets can gap, and orders can fill at prices different from those shown. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
The signals shown by the service are the output of fixed rules applied to one broker's price feed. Your broker's prices, spreads and execution will differ. A level shown on the scanner is not a guarantee that a price will be available to you.
SECTION 4Results and records
Backtested results are what a rule set would have done on historical data under stated assumptions. They are produced with the spread charged and the stop tested before the target inside every minute, but they remain a simulation: they do not include slippage, your broker's exact prices, or the effect of your own decisions.
The track record is a log written by the server the moment each event happens on the live feed. It records the engine's output; it is not a statement of any person's trading results. Past performance, backtested or recorded, is not a reliable indicator of future results.
We do not promise any level of profit, win rate or frequency of signals. We may change, pause or retire an engine at any time.
SECTION 5Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to trade leveraged products where you live.
- Access is personal and for one person. Your login must not be shared, sold or lent. We may end access that is used from an unreasonable number of devices or locations at once.
- You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your login.
- We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, with notice where practical.
SECTION 6Plans, payment and refunds
Access is available in two ways. Prices and plans are those shown on the sign-up page at the time you subscribe.

Refund requests go to hello@kasandra.app and are paid to the original payment method. We may refuse a refund where the terms above are not met or where we find abuse of the refund policy.
Prices may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for; we tell you before it applies to a renewal.
SECTION 7Partner-broker access
You can use the service without a subscription while you hold a live trading account with one of our partner brokers that was opened through our referral link or linked to our partner code. This is how it works, in full:
- The operator is an introducing partner (also called an introducing broker or affiliate) of each partner broker.
- When you trade on an account linked to us, the broker pays the operator a share of the spread or commission that the broker itself charges you. This share comes out of the broker's revenue. It is not added to your costs, and your trading conditions are the broker's standard conditions for that account type.
- Your access stays on while the linked account is open and active. There is no minimum volume, no minimum deposit beyond the broker's own, and no time limit imposed by us.
- We receive from the broker only what is needed to confirm the link: typically the account number and whether it is active. We never have access to your funds, your positions or your login at the broker.
- Your relationship with the broker is governed by the broker's own terms. We are not responsible for the broker's services, pricing, execution, withdrawals or conduct, and we do not recommend one broker over another.
- If the linked account is closed, or the broker ends the partnership, your free access ends; you can then subscribe instead.
We disclose this arrangement here and on the sign-up page so that you can take it into account. If you prefer not to trade through a partner broker, subscribe instead; the service is identical.
SECTION 8Acceptable use
You may use the service for your own trading research. You may not:
- copy, record, scrape, redistribute, resell or publicly display the service's output, feed, levels or alerts, in whole or in part, including through bots, channels, groups or other services;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, extract or reconstruct the engines or their rules;
- share your login, or use another person's login;
- interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or place an unreasonable load on it;
- use the service where doing so is unlawful for you.
Breach of this section ends your access without refund and may lead to legal action.
SECTION 9Ownership
The engines, their rules, the software, the design, the names "Kasandra" and "Kasandra on Steroids" and all content of the service belong to the operator. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service under these terms, nothing more.
SECTION 10Availability
The service depends on a broker's price feed, third-party hosting and the internet. We aim to keep it running around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uninterrupted data, or the timeliness or accuracy of any alert. Outages, delayed or missed alerts, feed gaps and maintenance can happen. The scanner shows its own feed status; treat a stale feed as no information.
SECTION 11Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, loss of data or other loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including losses caused by delayed, missed, wrong or misread signals, feed gaps, or differences between the feed shown and your broker's prices.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to the operator for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
SECTION 12Changes and ending
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced on the service or by email at least 14 days before they apply; continued use after that date means you accept them. You can end your account at any time by cancelling your plan or by writing to us. We can end the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice, refunding any unused prepaid period where we end it without cause.
SECTION 13Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of establishment, and disputes are subject to the courts of that country, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live. Please write to us first; most issues are resolved by email within a few days.
